Spanish To English Dictionary
A Spanish to English dictionary is wonderful for
reference material when you are reading or using for everyday words.
The problem is when people use them to translate the whole sentence.
This tends to give an English sentence with Spanish words or vice
versa. Here is an example of how native Spanish speakers would talk.
Hoy es el examen.

|
| A: Hoy es el examen.
|
| Today is the test. |
| B: ¿Podemos usar un diccionario? |
| Can we use a dictionary? |
| A: Claro que no. |
| Of course not. |
| A: Todas las palabras son del capítulo. |
| All the words are from the chapter. |
|
Now here's the literal translation for the mental thought process of what
a native goes through.
| Hoy |
