Spanish
Grammar RulesSpanish
grammar was written in 1492 by Antonio de Nebrija of Andalusia. In fact
it was the first romance language to have a written grammar. To
learn Spanish and how the language works can be confusing for most
native English speakers. In Spanish you have to modify the nouns and
adjectives to match in number and gender. At the same time, each verb
has about 50 different conjugated forms that also match in number with
the subject of the sentence. It is important for learners to understand
how Spanish works in order to get the best training and avoid common
but serious mistakes. On this site you will
get a proverbial crash course in learning Spanish. We will explain the
grammar, how it works and what situations each principle is used for.
You will find insider tips and suggestions on how to insure that your
Spanish is impeccable. Choose a grammar principle and
let's get started.
